Dana Hall is a senior telecommunications engineer and founder of TeleCrunch Consulting, a Veteran-owned business officially registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Before beginning his civilian career, Dana served as a Corpsman in the U.S. Navy.
With more than 20 years of telecommunications experience, Dana specializes in designing, implementing, migrating, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex communications environments. His expertise spans UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, SIP, cloud communications, telecom architecture, integrations, and migrations.
A lifelong communications enthusiast, Dana is also a licensed amateur radio operator, holding both a Technician license and a General License. His passion for communications technology extends well beyond the workplace.
Dana works with businesses, MSPs, and technology providers to solve complex communications challenges, evaluate technology solutions, and provide senior-level expertise when organizations need experienced technical guidance without adding another full-time engineer.

She has built her career around helping clients and business partners understand complex solutions and turn them into practical business outcomes. Her ability to bridge the gap between technology, business needs, and people is one of her greatest strengths.
At TeleCrunch Consulting, Christel brings an experienced, relationship-driven approach to every client engagement—listening first, communicating clearly, and helping clients find solutions that work.
Outside of work, Christel enjoys travel, giving back to her community, and spending time with her family. She and her husband are avid racing fans, and they especially enjoy supporting their young-adult sons as they participate in amateur and professional car racing.
